This family came to us after the passing of their beloved Father. We were tasked with a full clearance of this very full 3 bedroom home, sorting the contents into our 3 standard piles. The family obviously had come through and taken all sentimental or special items.
1. Sell – anything of value was sent an auction house for sale. 2. Donate – There are a lot of items that may not sell, but can be donated to charity to be re-used. 3. Dump – We take all remaining items and dispose of them (recycling wherever possible).
We then carried out a light renovation, making repairs where necessary, painting through with fresh new carpet through out, getting it ready for a successful sale
